Exchanges & Refunds
Each garment you order is shipped after a proper checking and we hope that the product is upto your expectations and fits you perfectly!
We understand that the product may not be upto your expectations sometimes. In such a case, we will be happy to do an exchange for you.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days, after receiving your item, to request an exchange or refund. Product sold on Sale are not eligible for return and could only be exchanged in case of any manufacturing defect or genuine issue.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/ unused/ unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can go to the shiprocket order tracking link and request for return there and then contact us at email@example.com or on 7838737138 (whatsapp and call) with return reason and order no.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation and instructions on how and where to send your package. We will try our best to pickup the product from your registered shipping address within India. In case we aren’t able to arrange for the reverse pick up owing to non-availability of the service in your PIN CODE, we would request you to self ship the product to our warehouse address via a courier partner of your choice. Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package, for us to be able to takeover the process. Returns sent back to us without approval would not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-refundable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on Sale items or gift cards, however, those can be exchanged in case of any manufacturing defect or genuine issues.
After you requested for return on the order tracking page, whatsapp or call us at 7838737138 to place an exchange order for you from our backend.
Your request for an exchange would be processed as soon as the product would be picked from your address.
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are eligible for a refund, flat INR 150/- per product will be deducted from your refund amount on account of return shipping charge if we arrange for the return pickup of the product or else you can ship the product yourself only after the approval, to the address provided by us at the time of return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. or on the no's provided in the footer section of the website.
