Each garment you order is shipped after a proper checking and we hope that the product is upto your expectations and fits you perfectly!
We understand that the product may not be upto your expectations sometimes. In such a case, we will be happy to do an exchange for you.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund. Product sold on Sale or through COD as payment mode could only be exchanged and are not eligible for refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, visit the order tracking page and from their you can request a return or you can also contact us on whatsapp (7838737138) with return reason and order no. and we will do the needful within 1-2 working days.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation. We will try our best to pickup the product to be exchanged from your registered shipping address within India. In case we aren’t able to arrange for the reverse pick up owing to non-availability of the service in your PIN CODE, we would request you to self ship the product to our warehouse address via a courier partner of your choice. Please email us the courier receipt, once you ship the package, for us to be able to takeover the process. Returns sent back to us without approval would not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right..
Once your return order is picked up from your place, we will place an exchange order as per your requirements and as soon as your return order is received and inspected, if approved,we'll dispatch the exchange order. You'll be notified of the order and dispatch on whatsapp on the provided phone no. or email.
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved, your refund will be initiatd, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
INR 150/- per product (in case of single product in a return order) or INR 100/- per product (in case of multiple products in a return order) will be deducted from your refund amount on account of various charges incurred by us on the order.
Only partial refund is granted if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
COD Orders and items on sale, are not eligible for a refund. Kindly contact us on details mentioned in footer section of the website for more details.

- If you cancel the order befor its dispatch and within 24 hrs of placing an order, your full amount would be refunded to the original payment mode.
- If you cancel the order before its dispatch and after 24hrs of placing an order, flat 3% of the amount would be deducted and the balance amount would be refunded to the original payment mode.
- If the order is dispatched before the cancellation request, we could not process the request.
